As Sales Director, AMS, you’ll be a trusted expert to enterprise marketers — taking time to understand their business, uncover opportunities, and craft custom audience and activation programs that drive measurable growth.

This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role with the autonomy to shape the AMS region, own your book of business, and play a pivotal role in B2B IQ’s next phase of expansion and join our growing global sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, grow, and retain client relationships across your territory.
  • Act as a consultative partner — advising clients on audience strategy, activation, and demand generation programs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that connect strategy to measurable ROI.
  • Own your revenue targets, pipeline, and forecasts with precision.
  • Collaborate globally across marketing, operations, and customer success to deliver best-in-market programs.
  • Shape localized GTM strategy and, over time, help grow and mentor a regional sales team.

Requirements: 

  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B media, demand generation, or enterprise marketing sales.
  • Proven success in consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link marketing strategy to business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Integrity, curiosity, and a passion for helping clients win.
